Corned beef and fried rice for this yesterday’s breaky.
Breakfast meal for lunch, why not?
Yesterday I took the day off to enjoy shopping and eating with the hubby.

Breakfast Today: Pan de sal topped with chorizo and corn
Glor’s Burger - I can only finish half. Gave the other half to my husband.
Using the remaining parts of the managat I filleted the other day, I made fish sinigang yesterday. A good match for this cold BED weather.
Yesterday, I attempted to make Vigan empanada but instead of using rice flour I used all purpose flour for the casing so it lacked the desired crunchiness. Vigan empanada is one of the most favorite street food in Vigan, Ilocos Sur.
I stir fried what is left of the empanada filling. It consists of longaniza, egg and green papaya.
Stir fried tofu, corn and mustard leaves or mustasa.
I decided to test one of my latest shopping stash and here is my Managat in Green Curry Sauce.
Here are all the ingredients laid out.
And the cooking.
It was super spicy! I can’t wait to try the other stuff.
