  9. Yesterday, I attempted to make Vigan empanada but instead of using rice flour I used all purpose flour for the casing so it lacked the desired crunchiness. Vigan empanada is one of the most favorite street food in Vigan, Ilocos Sur.

I stir fried what is left of the empanada filling. It consists of longaniza, egg and green papaya.

Stir fried tofu, corn and mustard leaves or mustasa.
